Hi Param,
Please check if the pendrive is recognized in Disk Management. Does it have a file format and a drive letter? If the drive is not listed there, I strongly recommend you to test it on another PC. If you do not have important data on the drive, I suggest you to format it.
If the drive is working fine on another PC, open your motherboard manufacturer’s web page and download the updated USB drivers. If you have important information on the drive, use a data recovery tool and try to save it. I leave you a link with some suggestions:
