Hi Gaurav,
Is the drive listed in Disk Management and in Device Manager? If the drive is really hot when you touch it, this may indicate a pendrive problem or a USB port issue. Please check if the same thing happens with another USB device and test the pendrive on another PC. If the problem is port related, I strongly recommend you to confirm that the port is properly connected. This kind of problem is usually related with the frontal ports and is recommended not to use the ports until repaired.
If the port is working normally and the pendrive is not visible in Disk Management and Device Manager, most probably there is a serious problem with the device and you may need to replace it.
