What is its exact model? And what is its operating system?
Try this, unplug the charger, and take out the battery. hold the power button for 1 minute, then release it. leave it like that for 5 mins then hold the power button again for 1 minute, then release, ONLY PLUG THE CHARGER in, and press the power button, and see if it powers on, if it does, leave it like that for 5-10 minutes, then put battery in. If that does not work let me know!

Hi laineylulu,
I recommend you to restart the PC and open the BIOS menu. Check if the hard drive is correctly recognized. It seems that there may be an issue with Windows booting which may be caused by boot error or a hard drive issue. If you have a Windows installation device, boot from it and select the Repair option. It should fix error without harming the stored data. If you do not have important files in the primary partition, doing a clean install is a good option too.
Hope this helps
