My account was charged 15.00 on 10-5-16 and I didn't sign up or request anything from you. My name is Gail Thomas and my card that was charged ends with 9352. Please put that money back into my account asap.

We are CCM we never ask for money and we don't have any money to put back into any account.

I suggest you contact your credit card company - have them reverse the charge and prohibit any additional charges.
