Dont know my password and my phone number has changed!!

Hi All,

I have not used my yahoo account in a while and actually have not been online in ages, I cannot log into face book as I cannot remember my password, I also cannot log into Yahoo as i cant remember my password and my number changed so long ago, so I am so stuck right now!!!

I feel like im going in circles as I cannot recover my yahoo account nor can I recover my face book account as it is linked to yahoo!!!

please help
