Laptop screen shacking,

Hello,
I have a Dell 6420 Core i5 pc, now the screen of my computer is shacking like a TV Screen (when not accessing complete signals) ,what is the problem with my pc and how I can make it????????????

It's probably a failure of the screen or vireo processor. You can buy an identical refurbished Dell from Walmart and transfer your hard drive. the $260 cost is way below any repair price.
