Window explorer stopped working and black screen

Hello,

I'm using Compaq Presario CQ40. The above condition happened after i was using the laptop normally for more than 1 hour. After that, I tried a lot of techniques recommended online such as sfc scan, registry editor, startup recovery, etc. however, it doesn't work and it made the situation worse where the my chrome and firefox cannot access to internet and only internet explorer can access internet now. Can someone helps? Thanks in advance:)
