Solved ! ps4 external hard drive hd no space left

If your reading this, youyou're probably in the same predicament i was in.
All i done was open cmd.
Type "listdisk"
Type "select disk (number of disk your trying to fix)"
Type "clean"
Type "convert mbr"
Then start all over again
Type "listdisk"
Type "select disk (number of disk your trying to fix)"
Type "clean"
Type "convert gpt"

Then if all goes good the drive should NOT show in your computer, right click on my computer, select disk management, the your main computer drive should be at the top highlighted in blue, and another drive below highlighted in black. Right click the black one, click on set drive path, set it with exfat. And format. Plug it into your ps4 you may or may not get the message "cannot be used as usb storage device" but that ok, press on the back up ps4 and go from there! Hope this helps, im not too tech savy, after reading around 30 or 40 forums, i put everything all together and it worked... So im sticking with my method.haha cheers guys, and good luck !!
