Hi Numan,
Could you give us some more information about your PC? Can you hear some beeping noises when you press the power button? Your PC may not be getting enough power from the power supply unit. Please disconnect all peripherals and hard drives. Leave connected only the motherboard power cables and one stick of RAM. Is it possible to boot to BIOS screen? If not, remove the RAM memory and clean the port, reconnect the RAM and try again. I strongly recommend you to test the PC with another power supply.
