I forgot my password and security question

Hello,
my old e mail is the one that i need to retrieve so i can add the new one i have ,i dont want to link them togther, but i forgot the password and the security questions can you please help me. the old e mail is ***@***

helpme retrieve my old password to an old account ***@*** i dont remember the passwords or passwords or security questions, at this moment i am out of state so i cannot receive any phone calls but i have access to this computer. i wrote my new e mail on the bottom lines , please reply to that email thank you
