Hello, I was using my Lenovo 314 (which I have had for over 1 year) and it suddenly turned off. When I hold the button to turn it back on, it won't and the keys/power light does not glow. I replugged it in and it will still not turn on. The battery is usually warm when I plug it into the laptop, but isn't now. How can I figure out if there is a problem with the charger or if there is a more serious problem with the computer?

Hi Bee95,

I recommend you to remove battery and power cable and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the cable and try to boot again. If nothing happens, I recommend you to use another power cable. Unfortunately, it is possible that your laptop’s motherboard has been damaged. Another possibility is a power port issue. The good news is that sometimes those issues are repairable. If your PC is under warranty, you should contact the seller.

Hope this helps
