Hi Golu,
I would recommend you to disconnect all cables and then reconnect the power supply cables. Disconnect the hard drive and all peripherals, leaving only the RAM and video connected (if you have dedicated video).
Check if PC will boot. Are there any noises coming from the PC? Can you hear some beeping sounds? Most probably your PSU is not connected properly or it is not working as expected. I would suggest you to try with another power supply unit.
