User Profile cannot be Loaded

Hi, Good Day. My Laptop cannot log in. "The User Profile Service service failed the log on. User Profile cannot be Loaded", that's my laptop says when i'm trying to enter my password. then after that if i click the "OK" button it will "logging off"
