Hi M.Sarshar,
Could you give us some more details about the problem you are facing? I recommend you to test the pendrive on another PC and while in Safe Mode. Open Disk Management and check if the drive has a correct file format and a drive letter. If you have no important data on the drive, format it and try to access it.
If stored data is valuable, use a data recovery tool in order to back it up. I leave you some software suggestions in the link below:

Hi, if you have doubt that the drive has bad sectors then use check disk command to detect and repair bad sectors on the hard disk. Chkdsk command is the most recommended solution to repair hard drive issues. Thanks!!
