Facebook account hacked

My fb has been compromised, when i log on it's all defrent my photo is gone and there is people i don't know from Nigeria?  I even uninstalled my app and reinstall it still the same thing ? I log on to the main site still the same thing ? I called a friend to look me up and he said I'm  stii there and it looks the the same ? I only have my phone to log on, can u help pls ?
