Can only use Microsoft Office 365 Online

Hi Everyone,

How come I can only use Office Online and sometimes. I have found it hard to open it up offline which is a nuisance sometimes. As I am studying and trying to do homework at home is a pain when can not open up my Office 365 Pro.

Can someone PLEASE help me as I only just brought my Chrome Notepad for the simple reason it is small and light to carry and fits perfectly in my handbag shoulder bag!

I would be really grateful and I have been back to where I brought my Chrome Notepad from.

Hi Eliza,

When you create a document it is automatically stored on the cloud, that's why you can only use it online.

However if you wish to work on the same documents while off line, you need to download and install the app office OneDrive which will sink your documents between the Cloud and your machine.
