Black Screen after I turn on my Laptop

Hello,

I have a Toshiba Satellite, and it's currently on Windows 10. Before this happened, I've been getting the blue screen, and then it says it will restore previous settings. But after it restarted, it turned into black screen. No back light in the monitor, no keyboard lights, no touchpad lights. Only thing working that is visible or i can hear is the power button and the fan.
