Hello,
after i held the shift key to long it does somthing weird where it makes me type slow and it makes me have to hold down the keys to type somthing

I once had this problem. It is easy to fix. Look in the system tray. Browse until you find one to do the keyboard. Right Click on it and click the link to unlock it!
