Touch Screen working but 1 tap function is not. [solution]

Hello,

i have came across an issue on my laptop that my touchpad would work fine but it wouldnt use the select/click funtion without using the actual button, so i looked up on my mouse settings and i found a solution. (I have a toshiba laptop)

1- look in the bottom right corner and find the touchscreen icon.
2- double click to open
3- select the "device settings" tab
4- click on "settings"
5- then it should be very easy settings that everyone can costumize
