Pc continusly restating without boot menu

Hello,
i worked 2days continuously, after i finished work i switch off the machine its shut it down normally, after 30 minuets time wen i switch on the machine it wont give the boot menu and keep restarting, no bios menu even what should i do to solve this?

Hi Gihan,
Are you using a desktop PC? If so, shut down the PC and disconnect the power cable. Remove the CMOS battery for a few seconds and then reconnect it. Hold down the start button for 20 seconds and then reconnect the power cable and turn on the PC. Can you notice any change? Removing the CMOS battery should have restored BIOS to its default settings. If BIOS is accessible, check if the hard drive is correctly recognized and if the fast boot option is activated. I would recommend you to disable it.
