When you created the account did you register an alternate email address or phone number to which you have access?

or

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember?

there is no showing the secret question.

The six digit code is not to be entered as a password. In the email where you received the code, there should be a link leading to the page where you should enter the code.

I know you gave me all the details and for your security I keep removing them, anyway all those details are of no use to us as we are not Google and we have no connections with Google nor Gmail.

Did you or did you not try to use the recovery link sent to you by Gmail to enter the six digit code?

From another account, send an email to the email account you are trying to recover, wait 30 minutes and tell me if it bounces back.

Also, I would like to check the link that was given to you by gmail to enter the code. Please copy and paste here. You may need to ask for a second reset code as codes can only be used once.
