Network error message

can't load anything for a week now keeps saying network error, insecure connection, try later, what is going on can you please fix it I need to get on to the network and I have consumer cellular service and they say it is not on their end! I can't get into my email so there's no sense in you trying to email me! I can't get on the web I can't get on anything that concerns the internet or the browser!!!
