My tablet won't play Netflix

Hello,
My tablet says it is connected to my wifi but it will not play anything online. Such as Netflix or YouTube. Or none of my apps that connect to wifi will not work. All other devices in the home are working properly so why won't my tablet work?

If it's one of those cheep RCA tablets then you get what you pay for.
