I cannot recover my email password I follow all the directions and it's been 2 days I even created a new. Account to help I'm at my wits end and I'm in tears please help

Well, your password is forever gone!

Please understand you have provided us with no details, so we cannot help! NOt a service provider name, nothing. It is extremely hard to Google an answer unless you tell us what email provider you are asking about! :) Notice the word google?
