Hi Cassie,
I advise you to disconnect all connected devices and turn on the PC. Pres F11. You may see the system restore menu. You may have the chance to restore the PC to a moment that worked fine. Do you have important data in your PC? You should search a way to back it up before using system restore. Have you tried booting in Safe Mode?
