Hello,
I have tried everything people have put here to try and get rid of the black screen but everything I try ends up with the same result. All of the tips I've read look helpful and have great reviews but in the end I end up where I started. What can I do? Any other tips I might have missed?

On what kind of machine do you have a problem?
