I am new to this forum and was referred by a friend.

My wife and I have used the same email address for years. My wife downloaded the app for Uber while staying at a hotel, after which we have been locked out of our gmail account. Attempts to use the Google 'forgot my password' procedure were unsuccessful.

Any suggestions or information on how to talk with someone at Google would be apprecited.

Hello

Hoping to talk to someone at Google about an email ! When that ever happens hens will grow teeth and pigs will fly.

I can't see the relation between Gmail and Uber. Anyway have you tried to uninstal the app ?

When you attempt to login gmail what error message are you getting ?

When you created the account did you register an alternate email address or phone number to which you have access?

or

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember?
