I cannot install Avira (Windows 10)Closed

Question

Hello, 
I saw this topic:

I have a similar problem, I cannot install Avira antivirus. When open Avira setup this message come "a device attached to the system is not functioning" this message come when I try to install Avira or other antiviruses.

To help you and prescribe the remedy, I must make a diagnostic and to do so, I require a report. 

1. Open this link and download ZHPDiag : 
https://nicolascoolman.eu
(Don't be alarmed is the site is in French, it sometimes happens, the tool will take your system language and allow the download if you get a warning message, ignore it.)  Click on the download button

2. Save the file on your Desktop. 

3. Double click on ZHPDiag.exe and follow the installation instructions. 

(For Vista, Win 7 and 8 users, click right to ensure you execute with admin right) 

4. Double click on the short cut ZHPDiag on your Destktop. 

5 Click on scan
Wait for the tool to finished (maybe a long time) 

6. Close ZHPDiag. 

7. To transmit the report, click on this link : 

http://www.tinyupload.com/index.php 

8. Search the directory where you installed ZHPDiag (usually C:\desktop\zhpdiag.txt).
9. Copy the url link obtained from tinyupload and paste it here in your reply.

Unfortunately, nothing happen 
I cannot install Avira. The same message come.
Also, there are some of the symptoms that I have not mentioned above. For example:
I cannot enable Windows update
I cannot open windows strat menu 
Sometimes when I open some apps this message come "Access is denied"

To enable Windows update:

Step 1: Lauch Run by Windows+R, type services.msc and tap OK.

Step 2: Open Windows Update in the services.

Step 3: Click the down arrow on the right of Startup type, choose Automatic (or Manual) in the list and hit OK to have Windows Update enabled.

Ok, I l launched windows update.

I do not remember. but now I try to change Startup type of Avira scheduler in services to Manual and the message come.

(I have old Avira installed in my device but it does not work for this reason i try to install Avira again)

the problem was only with windows button and search windows but now the same problem with wifi icon, sound icon and battery icon.
When I open settings to view the available wifi networks an error message come (see the photo):

Here are my suggestions:

Instead of reinstalling Avira, try updating it.  It is the free Avira or Avira pro ?

Ensure that when you open Avira you must do so as administrator even if you are the only person using the computer.

If you have the free Avira, and still encounter problems with Avira, why don't you remove it and replace it with Avast which is just as efficient?

Concerning your windows problem, have you updated it ?  Several updates were issued for Windows 10 repairing issues.

Have you checked your network status and tasks ?

Is your Windows 10 genuine ?
