Karma Karaoke not properly installed in windows 10

Hello:
Please excuse my first messags. I thought I was still dealing with Karma Keraoke. I tryed to install the program but it is not working. They took my credit card number but nothing works.

I will be thankfull for any help.

Please explain your issue in detail when trying to install.

What is your operating system ?
