How can you determine that your account was hacked and that a new number is listed on your account if your account is disabled ?

well before it said temporarily unavailable and when i log in it took me through some steps to verify my identity, so i had to change my password. A message came to my hotmail informing me of such change. At that point i also came across an email which indicated i had added a cell number which i did not. I am unable to remove it since i have no further access to my account. Anyways about three days or so i received an email from facebook saying my account was reactivated but i still can not access. I have been in touch with their contact center and was told my account was hacked

Facebook wants to verify your identity, hence you must submit documents.

Did that aleady got a response to identify my friends to verify my identity tried to open and it said hourly limit exceeded

You must wait 48 hours before you can use this recovery option, also delete all your temporary files and cookies.

It does give me the option anymore i now received a notification about a comment which was made under one of my post but i still can not access. It has gone back to thanks for submitting your id. Something is wrong
