I cant get past google account after hard rest on my android 4g smart phone actually i bought the phone like that its asking for prevous owners gmail and i dont knpw it and i dont where the guy that sold me phone is can someone help also i want to put my sd card in new phone and wanted to know how to tranfer my service over

I would love to help you, but you must be able to prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
