Hello,
my dvd/cd rom reads and plays my dvds and cds but once I've played one I have to manually push the laser reader back into place where it is suppose to start at everytime I play a dvd or cd

can you please help me to fix this problem...thanks

Hi Wilburm,

It seems that there is a mechanical issue with your DVD/CD ROM. If you need to manually adjust the reader every time you switch DVDs, that means the drive is not working correctly and it is possible that it has been damaged. I am not really sure if this problem can be fixed. You should seek help from a technician in order to get more detailed information.
