Translating youtubes to Spanish

I need to take English language youtubes and convert them to Spanish.

I will be selecting youtubes created under a cc licence.

I will be using the videos for instructional purposes.

I plan to mute the English part of the soundtrack and substitute a Spanish voice over audio.

Is the youtube creator the best tool, or are there better alternatives.

Good Luck with that. Hold your android phone up to the video, and translate it using google . Have fun!

I am not certain there are realtime software translators available to your market (meaning out of your price range, IF it is avaiable!)
