Well, how many beeps?
The BIOS is failing the POST (Power On Self Test) as it is finding HARDWARE failures. Did you recently change something? The beeps will tell you what is wrong. Let us know what the beep pattern is.
If you have never taken a PC apart, then I ecourage you to take it to a technician, because after we find out the beeping sequence, we are going to require you to start removing parts (with Electronic Sensitive Devices precautions)! If you are not familiar with ESD precautions, then take it to a technician!
