No beep sounds

When I start the computer not giving beep no display only fan is running I tried removed ram and placed again nothing happened what to do

Did you just build the machine? Did you attach the speaker to the MB? We need more details than what you have provided. We can guess, but we do not want to waste our time.

Pull the RAM, and boot. Still no beep?
