You are using a desktop PC, right? The continuous beeping sound indicates a specific issue. The issue may be different depending on the motherboard manufacturer, but most probably there is a problem with your RAM memory or with the RAM memory slot. I would check your motherboard manual and confirm the meaning of that beeping. If you are using two RAM slots, try booting with just one connected. Furthermore, clean all the RAM slots. Let us know if there is any change.
