Trash mails

I need my trash files whuch was deleted for last 3montgs back. I have a important mail in that. Pleasd help me

If you have emptied out the trash, there is nothing we can do! The trash can is supposed to be your stop gap! If you have made the decision to empty the trash, then you have made the decision to delete it for good!
