My pc is mess up!

Hello,
I'm about to reformat my pc this week,then suddenly i red one forum on ther site which says "ALL HARDWARE WILL BE UNINSTALL" once you reformat ur pc. SO i want to ask you guys how install my sound system once i reformat it this week.. can u help me? THANKS.

you will need to download them again.
