Lenovo t420s sim card issue

Hello,

I have a Lenovo t420s which come with a built in sim card port but whenever I insert a sim into it I does nothing... Any advice on how to use or to configure the sim card in my Lenovo t420s windows 10...

For what carrier is the sim?

The carrier is a local Caribbean network "DIGICEL"

I suggest you scour their technical support for assistance, or go and talk with a Rep!
