I just bought this HP laptop and after only 4 days of having it and hardly using it, it won't turn on. It turned off early this morning when I was playing a game of league of legends. It will not turn back on. I've tried the hard reset and that doesn't work. I don't know what to do.

It's an hp notebook 17-x051nr

I am afraid that you purchased a lemon. I suggest you contact HP support. Since it is under warranty, HP will replace it free of charge.

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
