Gmail account password forget

i have forget my gmail ac. password I have tried to get to reset my password by clicking on forget password but now google is not asking recovery by mobile no. option instead they are asking some question like what is friend name on which date you have created your ac. and then they ask me to send me an recovery code on another ac. but they are not verifying that it was me.

Who is asking where you got the reset code? Gmail never asks such question!

and the last question on which you will rec a reset code on another ac. i get my reset on another ac but when i type that reset code google says that they dont verify that it was you

later google ask mobile number and send recovery code by which we can reset our password.

That's nice, you will then get a code, stay on that page while recovering your code, then get back to the recovery page and type in the code.
