Recover Yahoo mail account

Hello,

I have to recover my yahoo account as I have lots of important documents there. Unfortunately I also forget the alternative email address. kindly help me to solve this issue. i have used my yahoo mail id 3 days ago already, but mobile was formatted now i m trying login and but can not log in. i know my login id and password and security question also.
but recovery e mail id has lost.
