Hi Nitin Pasoriah,
So, you are able to copy data in and out of the card but you cannot format it? Are you trying to format from Disk Management? Please backup all data and run the Command Prompt. Type the following commands:
Diskpart
List disk
Select disk n (n must be the number of the drive)
Clean
This way all data should be wiped and all partitions deleted. Go back to Disk Management and check if you are able to format the drive.
