Hello,
My samsung laptop has this booting problem. When i turn it on, it shows the samsung logo then immediately transitions to a blank screen with a centered blue box saying 'enter password' what could be the possible problem and how can it be overcome. Its really letting me down. Help please.

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
