Can only access gmail account on phone

Hello,
no matter what i try i cannot access my gmail account. i have repeatedly tried different passwords and nothing has worked. i get email to this account almost daily. i have no problem accessing it on my phone but when i try to access on the computer it will not let me reset my password. i just want to reset my password.
