Hi Chamara,
Could you give us some more details about your build? How many RAM sticks are you using? Are those 3X 2 GB RAM? Disconnect the RAM memory, clean the slots, switch places and try again. Please check BIOS if there is some information about the installed RAM memory.
Open the Start Menu and type msconfig in the Search box. Select Boot and Advanced Options. Make sure the Maximum Memory box is not ticked.
Let me know if there is any progress.
