DVD won't load

Hello,
i out a disk in the cd/dvd driver and it doesn't even show it has one and wont wrok at all

Is it a DVD, or a BLUEray disk? If it is a blueray, you may be trying the wrong media!
Try another disk. If it doesn't read that one, the drive has failed, or the drivers are mangled! Let us know what OS this is! Also, let us know if it reads another disk.
