Hello,
i have a laptop with xpsp2 now i want to format and reinstall it with xpsp2 itself . but trying to format it shows a error as harddisk is not found . i have a 80 gb sata disk.

hi,
check the settings in the BIOS.
press Del key when booting the computer.
