My account has been hacked [Closed]

Hello,

My facebook account has been hacked and I already tried the first instruction/link:https://ssl.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=hacked_self_recovery but it always saying "Sorry,something went wrong.we're working on getting this fixed as we can."Help me please.
