Hacked Yahoo mail account

Hello,
My account was hacked and i got a message on yahoo security notice.Pls help me recover my account someone had putted a security questions and changed my password.I still remember my old password but i dint put an security question in my account before.I hope you can help me because all my things are connected to my yahoo. My facebook,Games,etc i beg you.
